Pleated Up Clothing ("we", "our", "us") operates the Pleated Up File Uploader application at storage.pleatedup.com. This policy explains how we handle your information.

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:

• Your name and email address (from your Google account)
• Your profile picture URL

We do not request access to your personal Google Drive. The application uses a shared service account to manage files in a designated team Drive folder.

How we use your information

• To authenticate your identity and control access to the application
• To display your name and profile picture within the app
• To track which team member uploaded each file

Data storage

Your account information is stored in a secure database. Files you upload are stored in Google Drive under the team's service account. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties.

Data retention

Your account data is retained as long as your email remains on the approved access list. When removed, your account data may be deleted.

• Google OAuth — for authentication
• Google Drive API — for file storage and management
• Vercel — for application hosting
